My skin care journey started back in the early 2000s when I first started to experience hormonal acne. My mother took me to a dermatologist who wanted to put me on accutane (no shade to this oral medication I just felt I wanted to learn how to take care of my skin) my mother instead took my to Benefit cosmetics on 4th st in Berkeley CA where I grew up and introduced me to my first esthetician. That day changed my life because I felt like I was finally given the tools and information I needed to take care of my skin.

After several years working in professional kitchens throughout Los Angeles I decided to make a career shift in 2019 to become an esthetician. Skincare had always called to me after having experienced acne as a teenager and an adult. Self confidence is not something that is regularly talked about and is so vitally important to us as human beings. Confidence in your skin and how you feel in your skin can be life changing.
